BrainDump ⚡️

Built for disorganized organizers.

I have a fast-moving, highly generative brain that produces ideas, tasks, and solutions constantly — but I struggle to capture and retain them long enough to act on them. Working memory fades within seconds. Tasks get forgotten. Ideas vanish before they can be written down.

Standard organization tools like Notion, Monday.com, and intricate to-do lists have repeatedly failed me because they require me to already be organized to use them. The friction of categorizing, tagging, and structuring information is itself the barrier.

"The real need is simple: say or type whatever is on your mind, and have something else figure out what to do with it."

That's why I built BrainDump.

BrainDump isn't another task manager. It's an intelligent intake layer. It accepts raw, unstructured thought and routes it to the places you actually check — like your Google Calendar and Google Tasks.

We also realized that disorganized people often have frustrated partners or assistants taking on the mental load. That's why we built the "Helper Channel"—a way for the people close to you to text requests directly into your to-do list without you needing to play middleman.

If your brain moves faster than your fingers, and you're tired of losing your best ideas to the chaos of the day... you're in the right place.
